How Position In Queue Helps Your Business

Position in Queue. When you’re a busy company, you have a lot of callers. When this happens, callers inevitably end up on hold. While hold music is nice, it’s important to let your callers know they will not be on hold forever. This is where Position in Queue comes in. This feature will announce to on hold callers how many callers are ahead of them in the queue. This way they have the option of staying or leaving. If they leave, they’ll have the option of using the Queue Call Back feature so you’ll still be able to keep in contact with them.
