Business Development Manager – Migrations (internal applicants only)

  • Jump all over opportunities to grab a client’s attention to migrate their account
  • Design and execute an engagement campaign comprised of professional and succinct emails to capture the attention of acquired clients eligible for migration
  • Lead professional and engaging introductory calls with acquired clients, introducing them to the migration process and establishing clear expectations and milestones
  • Accurately articulate migration process to client while uncovering key pain points and opportunities for client buy-in
  • Identify, communicate, and present solutions for migration blockers if discovered
  • Collaborate with Program Manager, Provisioning Manager, and Program Coordinators to prepare and schedule the client’s migration
  • Answer client questions and lead training sessions either before or after their migration to FluentStream as needed 
  • Diligently update SalesForce to stay current on opportunities and follow ups
  • Rapidly develop strong relationships with key decision makers, influencers and partners
  • Explain complex technology and process in easily understood terms
  • Quickly move the client’s project through the entire migration cycle by communicating effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Effectively facilitate the hand-off to the Provisioning Manager ensuring a successful implementation on FluentStream
  • Detail oriented with excellent planning, problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Team player who will collaborate across the organization to ensure client satisfaction and retention 
  • SaaS company experience a plus 
  • Confidence in operating various software systems including SalesForce 
  • A high degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness, with an ability to discover and remedy discrepancies 
  • A sense of camaraderie and an ability to thrive in a team environment 
  • Excellent interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Fearless communication skills
  • Track record of objection-handling; ability to turn “nos” into “yeses”
  • Courage to challenge the status quo when logic and reason require it
  • Highly adaptable and flexible mindset because things change FAST around here

Compensation:  $42,000 – $52,000 per year
