About the Role: We are seeking a skilled support specialist to join our growing support operations. Our team fields hundreds of inquiries per day pertaining to all aspects of a client account. Billing topics are consistently among the top reasons that our clients reach out to us. This role will focus on delivering prompt and professional answers with enthusiasm and empathy for our clients.
This position will work closely with both the Finance and Support teams, reporting to our Manager of Client Support. At FluentStream, we truly believe that Clients are the Center of the Universe and the person for this role has a passion for helping clients where it is most important – their money.
Compensation for this position is $17 per hour.
- Respond timely to questions from clients and internal team members, per our defined SLAs for phone and email communication
- Assist clients with interpreting their invoices for item quantity and tax charges
- Process updates to our invoicing system as required when clients change plans and quantities
- Assist clients with making payments and updating their recurring payment methods
- Process client credits and discounts
- Ensure the accuracy and collection for all shipment invoicing
- Great Attitude and willingness to learn
- Enjoy working with people in person and over the phone
- 1+ years experience in a client-facing role
- Passion for client service
- Comfort with a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with a CRM or ticketing system preferred
- A high degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness, with an ability to discover and remedy discrepancies
- A sense of camaraderie and an ability to thrive in a team environment
- SaaS Revenue Billing and/or telecom tax experience a plus
