FluentStream Billing Changes

As of Friday, January 1, 2021, all invoices will be calculated based on the number of extensions, phone numbers, and billable features on a My.FluentCloud account.

We have worked tirelessly to make sure all your billing and tax data is accurate. However, if you received your January invoice and believe there has been an error, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


  • Product Type - We have updated our product catalog so it only reflects current versions of our products. If you were previously being charged for a legacy product or an old version of a product, we have upgraded you to a current product or a current version at no additional charge. Please be assured that you did NOT lose any functionality or capability if your legacy seat types were migrated to a newer seat type. 
  • Product Quantity - We have integrated our billing system into each client account on the My.FluentCloud Web Portal. Therefore, the number of extensions and phone numbers on your bill will be directly tied to the number of extensions and phone numbers on your account as of the last day of the month. Changes made after the first of the month will be reflected on the next invoice.
  • Taxes - In our industry, taxes are extremely complex. We work diligently to ensure we are in compliance with all Federal, State, and Local taxing regulations while legally minimizing the overall tax burden for our clients. To this end, we both verified the physical address on file for each client and updated how we calculate taxes due.
