Referral Program Terms & Conditions
The FluentStream Referral Program is valid only for new referrals on new service activations for clients that have not subscribed to any FluentStream service within the last year. Individuals or companies previously submitted to FluentStream or who are currently in conversations with a FluentStream representative do not qualify. The Referrer cannot be an owner, employee, or agent of the Referee. The Referrer cannot be an owner, employee or agent of an organization with which FluentStream has a partner agreement. The Referrer cannot be a partner of FluentStream services. Misuse of the FluentStream Referral Program may result in the disconnection of FluentStream service and forfeit of the offer(s), and FluentStream reserves the right to determine misuse in its full discretion. Offer valid only in the U.S.A and cannot be combined with other offers. Referral rewards will not occur until the referred customer has activated service with FluentStream Technologies and has paid for one month of service. Service must be activated within 30 days of purchase to qualify for referral reward. The referred customer must be in good standing for 30 consecutive days at the time payment is processed.
