Billing FAQs
Your contract with Allied will not change with the introduction of this partnership. FluentStream will honor your contract term (duration) for voice services. If you have questions about your voice services contract, please contact FluentStream Support at support@fluentstream.com or via phone at 303-GO-CLOUD (303-462-5683).
Your current rates for existing services will stay the same. You’ll be charged by the number of extensions and phone numbers currently on your account. Stay on the lookout for an email to login to your new FluentStream billing portal in the coming weeks. Once you receive that login, you may need to set up payment for voice services.
Voice and data services will be sent in two separate invoices. If your business has internet services from Allied, you will continue to receive a bill from Allied for those internet services. Once FluentStream starts billing your business for voice services, your invoice from Allied will be lower, since it will only reflect charges for internet services.
FluentStream and Allied bills will come separately, both at the beginning of each month.
To pay your FluentStream invoice, your business needs to establish new credentials and provide payment information. All Allied customers can expect to receive an email with additional information and a setup link mid-March 2024.
All accounts must provide payment information to avoid interruption to your phone service unless your account previously setup credit card auto-pay.
If you have auto pay already set: We will securely transfer your payment method on file to the FluentStream billing portal. If you pay by credit card: You will need to enter your credit card information into the FluentStream billing portal once you receive your login information. If you pay by ACH (echeck): You will need to enter your banking information into the FluentStream billing portal once you receive your login information.
Make checks payable to FluentStream and send to: FluentStream Technologies, LLC, P.O. Box 737818, Dallas, TX 75373 7818
The invoices will be sent via email to the same email address used by Allied for invoicing. If you need to confirm or change the billing contact information, please email billing@fluentstream.com.
Luckily, FluentStream and Allied billing systems are similar so you will notice a lot of the information will look the same.
If your account is tax exempt, please send your current documentation to billing@fluentstream.com as soon as possible.
