Kerrin Parker to lead customer initiatives as UCaaS provider continues operational expansion amid rapid growth

Parker, a strategic leader with extensive operational and financial expertise, is a champion of customer success and business transformations. Parker joined FluentStream after serving in C-suite roles at magicJack VocalTec for more than three years. As CEO of magicJack for Business, Parker transformed the brand to serve the SMB market. She also served as Chief Operating Officer for magicJack’s $90 million consumer business, where she led a significant restructuring and improved customer satisfaction. Prior to that, Parker served as CEO of Broadsmart Global, a UCaaS provider that was acquired by magicJack in 2016 and sold to Ooma in 2019.

Earlier in her career, Parker was Managing Director of Cloud Services at ShoreTel, a $360 million provider of unified communications networks for businesses. Parker joined ShoreTel when the company acquired M5 Networks, where she served as Vice President of Service Delivery and Operations. Parker began her career as an Audit and Tax Associate at Ernst & Young. She earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and an MBA from Mills College in Oakland, California.
