Why Partner with FluentStream?
FluentStream is the leading communications platform for small and mid-sized businesses. They provide excellent VoIP service, outstanding network reliability, and industry-leading business features. Do I need to do anything?
No, we will take care of everything and keep you informed every step of the way.
What happens next?
All SkyComm customers will receive a complimentary upgrade to the FluentStream platform. We will work with you to schedule a convenient time for the upgrade and provide personalized support throughout the transition. Over the coming weeks, you will start to receive communications from FluentStream with details on the upgrade process.
Will my monthly bill change?
No, your monthly service charges will stay the same.
What will change with the upgrade?
You will have all the same functionality you enjoy today - plus many great features to streamline your business communications and improve your customer service. When it’s time for your upgrade, we will move all of your core communications settings to the FluentStream platform. This includes things like: auto-attendants (call routing), time of day schedules, user accounts and voice recordings.
Who do I call if I need help with my phone system?
For now, continue to contact SkyComm for questions and assistance. We will always be here to take your call. FluentStream will let you know when your upgrade is completed and you can start contacting their support team.
Is there anything I need to do to prepare for the upgrade?
The only preparation required from your team is having everyone save their important voicemails. Unfortunately these cannot be transferred.
When will the upgrade take place?
The upgrade to the FluentStream platform will occur within the next 6 months. We will reach out closer to your upgrade window to schedule specific dates.
Can I choose when the upgrade takes place?
Yes, if you have a preferred time frame please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
