FluentStream closed out 2025 with a December partner webinar packed with big news: FluentStream has been acquired by Ooma. CEO Karen Parker's message to partners was direct and reassuring. Nothing is changing. Commissions, agreements, support, pricing, and the overall partner experience remain exactly the same. FluentStream continues operating as a subsidiary under its own brand, with every employee staying in place. The acquisition also opens doors, including access to expanded resources, accelerated AI development, and a new product coming to the channel: AirDial, a POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service) replacement solution.

The webinar also celebrated a standout 2025. FluentStream won seven industry awards spanning product, people, and partner strategy, launched video and advanced business texting, and made significant improvements to the partner portal. With a few weeks left in the year, the team shared tips for closing strong and introduced a new partner referral SPIFF.
