Six months post-acquisition, the message to partners is clear: what’s working is staying the same, and what’s new is designed to help you grow. Commissions, support, and the overall partner experience are not changing. At the same time, partners now have access to expanded resources, including additional product offerings, increased marketing investment, and a continued focus on the channel as a primary growth driver.

A major theme of the discussion was FluentAI, but with a practical lens. FluentStream is focused on delivering tools customers will actually use, like call transcription, sentiment analysis, and automated summaries that help teams save time and stay focused. These capabilities are already being adopted to improve productivity and customer conversations, not just positioned as future features.
