1. “FluentStream” means FluentStream Technologies.
2. “Referrer” means the individual or company that provides the information to FluentStream of a potential new FluentStream customer.
3. “Referee” means the individual or company referred to FluentStream by the Referrer that becomes a FluentStream customer
4. “FluentStream Referral Program” means the program described on TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The FluentStream Referral Program is valid only for new referrals on new service activations for clients that have not subscribed to any FluentStream service within the last year. Individuals or companies previously submitted to FluentStream or who are currently in conversations with a FluentStream representative do not qualify. The Referrer cannot be an owner, employee, or agent of the Referee. The Referrer cannot be an owner, employee or agent of an organization with which FluentStream has a partner agreement.
The Referrer cannot be a partner of FluentStream services. Misuse of the FluentStream Referral Program may result in the disconnection of FluentStream service and forfeit of the offer(s), and FluentStream reserves the right to determine misuse in its full discretion. Offer valid only in the U.S.A and cannot be combined with other offers.
Referral rewards will not occur until the referred customer has activated service with FluentStream Technologies and has paid for at least three months of service. Service must be activated within 30 days of purchase to qualify for referral reward. The referred customer must be in good standing for 60 consecutive days at the time payment is processed. Referral rewards will be forfeited if the referred customer service activation has not occurred. Referral payments will not be made on any orders beyond 30 days after the initial order. The maximum amount payable for a referral is $500 and in no circumstance shall any participant be entitled to damages or fees above and beyond such amount. FluentStream retains full discretion to determine the final amount and method of payment for any given Referral reward.

FLUENTSTREAM TECHNOLOGIES MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE AGREEMENT OR ANY SERVICES OR PRODUCTS THAT MAY BE INVOLVED AT ANY TIME WITH THIS AGREEMENT. FLUENTSTREAM TECHNOLOGIES DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION), FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF A COURSE OF PERFORMANCE OR USAGE. FLUENTSTREAM TECHNOLOGIES MAKES NO REPRESENTATION THAT THE OPERATION OF FLUENTSTREAM WEB SITE OR SERVICE AND PRODUCTS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. FLUENTSTREAM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE NOR LIABLE FOR PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
