Introducing FluentCloud Mobile app. This Android and iOS companion app is like a mobile extension of your My FluentCloud Web portal. FluentCloud Mobile has an intuitive interface and accessibility to your business phone system from anywhere in the cloud. FLuentStream gives businesses the control they always knew they needed but didn’t know how to achieve.

Upon logging into the My FluentCloud Mobile app, you are greeted with information about your business phone system such as call history. Swipe right and you open the settings menu. Here you can review or adjust information and settings for your FluentStream business phone system.

You can enable/disable Call Blocking to block any numbers you want. Call forwarding lets you adjust your system to send calls to your cell phone based on conditions you set. Another great feature is Call Screening. With this you’re able to have callers, which you choose, to identify themselves before you pick up the phone. You can also set it so that your chosen callers will not be screened.

If you have the Electronic-Fax feature enabled on your system, you’ll be able to review new, sent, company or deleted faxes right from your mobile device.

Next up is Voicemail. Here you can review you voicemail messages as well as sort them by new, old, work, family, friends and deleted voicemails. You are able to adjust the settings for your Voicemail as well. You can have it show caller id information as well as set a review for your callers and even have voicemails be deleted or play a temporary greeting. It’s quite the voicemail system.
