Coming Soon! Slack Integration

We’ve created a new integration between our FluentCloud management portal and the Slack workplace messaging platform. Now you can issue commands to FluentCloud from Slack to get more done.

To get started simply go to the Slack apps store and authorize the FluenCloud app for your team. From there you’ll be able to use Slack to perform various functions. These include:

• Call Forwarding
• Managing your voicemail
• Changing your dynamic agent status
• Searching your contacts
• Making calls from your extension
• And more…

This article will walk you through the setup process and list the various commands that are available to use.
