The FluentCloud WebPhone is now a multi-line business phone option, used directly on a Chrome browser. Get the complete functionality of a FluentStream-enabled desk phones, without purchasing additional hardware. The only other requirement for WebPhone functionality is either  (1) a microphone and speaker or (2) headset. FluentCloud WebPhones work in conjunction with both FluentStream-enabled desk phones and any one of our many integrations.

Although the WebPhone is on your desktop, it behaves just like any other desk phone and offers features to enhance business communication. Users can Mute, Transfer, and place callers on Hold with the option to use Music On Hold. In addition, users can utilize a Visual Voicemail Box and view the history of their Calls, SMS, and Fax. Users can opt to receive desktop notifications for incoming SMS, Calls, or Fax, ensuring they never miss a message.
