DENVER ―Aug. 15, 2023 ― FluentStream, the preferred cloud communications provider by small and midsize organizations, has been named to the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America for the sixth consecutive year. Less than 3% of companies have made the list six times.
Earlier this year, FluentStream reported that it grew its customer base by 78% over two years and expanded its partnerships by 235% in 2022 alone. The company also expanded its staff by nearly 20% and hired several key executives to round out its management team. Additionally, FluentStream, a 100% remote organization, increased its efforts to serve its workforce by introducing more incentive programs and career-building opportunities.
“Maintaining our commitment to providing an exceptional experience internally and externally has served FluentStream well,” said Cass Gilmore, CEO, FluentStream. “Our high retention rates across our staff, customers and partners reflect where our focus lies and is what fuels our sustained growth. Inc. 5000 Methodology
Companies on the 2023 Inc. 5000 are ranked according to percentage revenue growth from 2019 to 2022. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2019. They must be U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit, and independent—not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies—as of December 31, 2022. (Since then, some on the list may have gone public or been acquired.) The minimum revenue required for 2019 is $100,000; the minimum for 2022 is $2 million. As always, Inc. reserves the right to decline applicants for subjective reasons. Growth rates used to determine company rankings were calculated to four decimal places.
